I don't even wash the sheets every two weeks, more like monthly, though the beds are made daily. It’s fine. We vacuum regularly and have a hair dog and cat. Plus I've tried with the no shoes policy but people often leaves theirs on, especially from going from the front door through the back, where our garage is.
Don't you have sex in bed? They wait for the gardener to pick up the dog poop from the yard and they have 3 huge dogs. They wear shoes indoors, they let the dogs on the furniture etc.
Taking off shoes to come indoors is very annoying when you aren’t wearing slip ons. What about when you need to go back and forth to load things in/out of the car?
No, it's not. You just bring everything by the door, go inside and then take your shoes off.

That’s a good system but what about when I leave my wallet in my upstairs bedroom?

Omg…My in laws are like this too, they live on 10 plus acres in Middleburg and have four huge furry drooly dogs so everything has a weird crust of dog drool and fur even with cleaners and there’s tons of poop in the yard. They also have horses.

I've never met someone like this. It makes me wonder what your level of "disgusting and unkempt" means? Some dust on the coffee table and a few clothes strewn on a side chair?
Anonymous wrote:^^ and, I should add that they’re definitely not embarrassed. They couldn’t care less.
