I have the sharper image one I got from Costco for $100. It's amazing. I used the theragun brand at PR running and notices absolutely no difference other than the price.

One thing I love about mine is the charge lasts for weeks.

My sister has arthritis in her hands and cannot hold it for very long. That's definitely something to note.

A PP asked about using it on your back. I have a finicky lower back - a bulging disk that needs to be held in check with regular back stretching and Pilates reformer classes - and when I used the theragun on my lower back it aggravated it. But I think you could use it on the upper back, glutes, and hips (IT band) and it would actually help you back. At least this is what my physical therapist told me in regards to foam rolling (don't do it on your lower back, but doing it in those other places will actually help your back)
