I agree with this, but there really isn't another program for kids who need small class sizes, but for whom something like a self-contained sped class at the base school doesn't make sense because they need a faster pace. These types of kids also are left without a good placement in ES/MS. The option is Burke or a CSS program (that is trying to meet the needs of way too many types of kids).
