Seriously -- make this easy on yourself and get a lot of pre-made dishes, or make dishes at your home and then transport in a cooler to reheat. Make just one or two things at the remote kitchen, and focus on bringing the kitchen items for those things.

Disinfectant for the sink. Once you rinse the raw meat. You need to disinfect that sink.

Everything you touch in the kitchen and the next couple of days might be something you'll need. But there are making break items like potholders, sugar, oil and salt, so focus on those.

This is op. Thank you so much, these suggestions are invaluable! Thankfully relatives are bringing some of the dishes, so I don't have to prep everything there, but some of these items you're reminding me of I never would have thought of. Thanks!
I'm also thinking now about pantry basics that I'm used to having, like flour for gravy and lots of butter.

It's probably too late, but pivot on the menu. We did Thanksgiving at the beach one year and did a Low Country shrimp boil. The beach house was equipped for that.

Sounds like you should pack an entire suitcase for just the kitchen.

Thermometer for turkey temp. Microplane grater.
Mixer or food processor if you need one - these are generally missing or in bad shape at rentals.
