Bump - any new insights on the Potomac admissions process from the last few years? Especially for K entry.

OP, I'm a current Potomac parent of a first grader. Dr. Echols is brand new and learning the school. She's great and we've been very pleased. I can't say enough great things about Potomac's LS. We love it and, more importantly, so does our DC.

It’s generally only by attrition but there’s always at least one family that moves so worth applying.

She’s the head of lower school, not the school. She seems to be doing a good job and is liked, not sure why she didn’t seem to know some things.

Well, lots of schools do ask for parents college matriculation. We had to answer it last year. Income comes in during FA process if you’re seeking it.
