Child support is by formula which takes timeshare into consideration. They wanted and got full custody. So, with full custody that lets the other parent off the hook.

I want to receive child support proportionate to the de facto amount of time I have them.
We did the agreement 1300 a month but that he would be taking them 25% of the time.

I do wonder if a certain poster is familiar at all with housing costs in DC area.
It is not as if a 3 bedroom apartment or house is something every person would just easily have, unlike in rural areas where a house can be rented for 1k or less.

This has to be fake as there are very few military left in Iraq and no contractor is going to Iraq for that salary. The US pulled out earlier this year.

My husband's military branch is begging people to go to Iraq. So there certainly aren't 0 military in Iraq...

That is $1000 more per month than the state of VA says I get with similar numbers. Fun times.

The other parent is supposed to be taking the kids 25% of the time, but they aren’t.

If the other parent lives out of the country, how would they take them 25% of the time. You said the kids are not willing to visit that parent. So, what do you want done. You can fly the kids out summers, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break. Problem solved. It sounds like the issue is with you and the kids not wanting visits, not the OP.

You make a really good income. So, do you spend $2500-3K on your child each month? Doubtful. You get a very good amount that should cover all expenses.

Maybe what the perceived problem here is that the custodial parent is making it really easy for the other parent to go out and earn that salary but does not personally benefit as they did while they were making those sacrifices while still married.

$1300/month sounds high given what I know about how paltry child support calculations are. My ex makes $5000K, I make $150K, and he pays $2K/month.
