My favorite way to read back then was to lie on my stomach and have the book in front of me. I was doing this one day when I felt a major pain. I felt sure I had torn something. It turned out to round ligament pain. This was before I had been confirmed pregnant.

Extreme fatigue (like needing an actual nap in the afternoon). Had three children, before every pregnancy test I knew because I was falling asleep at 3 pm for no reason.

Crazy sore boobs for me too. I'm getting them again in peri-menopause. Exact same feeling.

I swear to you, I felt warm/hot the night of conception and for a few nights after. Tingling boobs/"fullness" in boobs just a few days after that.

Sense of smell was intense. I couldn't go in a grocery store without being overwhelmed with smells. Had to leave a few times.

I had morning sickness but was traveling and jet-lagged so it showed up at night! I thought I had eaten bad food on the plane lol. Also had sore boobs and unusually high heart rate when working out (based on fitness monitoring equipment)

“moved to tears” over things that aren’t that sappy.

cold! like i can’t control my body temp, but I legitimately am swinging between cold and normal temp. (I need to get my thyroid checked, but it has been fine in past pregnancies with same symptom).

Low ab light cramps, thought it was my period

Did anybody get a yeast infection in early pregnancy?

Bigger boobs, sense of smell and heartburn.

Husband said my knockers were looking fantastic. BFP two days later.

Same--extreme with both pregnancies from very very early.

Acid reflex was the first sign. It's mild at first, but there.

The first sign for me was that my nipples looked different than they did prior to conception. This was about 10 days in.
