Why are you hoping for this?

So there’s hope for non-1500s kids. Not meant to be competitive. My kid isn’t even applying this year.

4.0W/34ACT/10 APs

I said I didn’t want to know. Thanks!

Sorry. The GPA is actually low for WM and counts for more. Hence, ED.

Why? I mean I don’t get your question re: under 1400.

ED2 is probably Bowdoin.

Interesting. Couldn't Bowdoin fill their class with similar candidates in ED1?

I mean maybe, but they don’t. Else they wouldn’t admit for ED2 or RD. Why do you ask?

Bet she gets in. Interesting ECs and Boarding school is most impressive.

Why on earth would you think that boarding school is impressive?

When schools have a 96% rejection rate and they can fill classes with SCEA/ED 1530+/4.0/interesting EC kids, everything is a crap shoot.

Kids and parents just need to understand that the metrics get you past the initial intake and then there are still thousands of applications for hundreds of seats.
