No, but my next door neighbors’ house was.
We bought and sold in the crazy summer market and both the house we sold and the one we bought were featured in ArlNow (which had me horrified).

Yes, when we were selling our house in the spring, someone posted our house and the OP was positive. Other posters, however, trashed it. Like, ew split level, or ew, power lines. I’m pretty sensitive and hated that my home was being trashed. Thankfully the house sold in one weekend and 10% over list. The experience was so stressful though.

I thought about posting it when I was considering a bid, but I’m too sensitive and don’t want to hear opinions. We love it, it’s not a money pit, but it is historical and in the burbs.

I feel bad for the naive buyer. We've all been naive about one thing or another (or two) in our lives, not one of us can escape that. Too bad it was such an expensive mistake for that buyer.
