I love the diners in Baltimore, something we just don't have in the DC area. They have the best breakfasts. I also love their sandwich shops, pizza, crabs, chicken wings. I'm hungry just thinking about it all

Agree with this. Had a weekend in Baltimore last year and it all tasted very good. The restaurant scene in Baltimore is fantastic.

Peerce's, formerly Peerce's Plantation, is worth the drive out to it. It's in scenic Baltimore County. Formerly an American menu, now incredible Indian restaurant.

I really like all the Wolf Foreman restaurants (Charleston, Cinghaile, Petit Louis). Azumi, Tagliata, Food Market, Sotto Sopra are also favorites. In the county, Linwoods and Pierce’s Plantation. Been meaning to try Le Comptoir de vin (tiny but appeared on numerous best new restaurant in country lists right before covid) and Magdelena under its new chef. People seem to love Monarque, but haven’t been there.

And agree with pp, Bygones is for the view and bar scene, not the food.
