Bowser's policies make crystal clear that she supports mask mandates and opposes vaccine mandates.

I don't see why the city going by CDC guidelines is controversial.
We're just asking for a stated, well-defined metric for when the mandate will be dropped, as was adopted by more sophisticated governments that don't just go by the Mayor's political whim.
