Give my your wife’s number I’ll call her to remind you to divorce your lame a** and then you can go back to whatever it is you do / don’t do.

Buddy, do you want a divorce? Because if your wife knows the whole story and she’s watching you mope around on the couch like a teenager who got dumped before senior prom you’re gonna wake up with divorce papers on your nightstand. Get it together, call the therapist, and make an appointment for both of you and work it out. Otherwise get moving and file yourself. You got one life, man, and so does she. Get moving.

This.

She’s probably getting her ducks in a row before filing.

If you want your marriage to work, then channel your energy and emotion into your wife. Be present. Talk. Show her affection if she will let you.

How did you get caught? It sounds like she’s married too? Did her spouse find out first or did yours?

I always wonder how these things unravel.

Youre going through withdrawal of limerance. It’s not real. Just a chemical reaction to her feeding your ego.
Put yourself in your wife’s place. Would you be ok with her missing her affair partner?
Then why do you get to?

Also, google surviving infidelity dot com.
Post on the wayward side.
You’ll come out of this just fine. But your wife deserves more.

Wow, you’re incredibly self-absorbed. You hurt your wife, kids and another family tremendously and you’re still only thinking about your own feelings.

The only constructive thing you can do right now is to get yourself into individual therapy.

Why didn’t you leave your wife for her?

Every one involved should find someone they love.
