Their new scheduling is a nightmare, apparently nurses can't see when you have an appointment scheduled? Good luck getting through on the phone to schedule an appointment. When finally get through to make appointment, not many options.

Monitoring techs at K St were super competent because it is all they do all day. Facility in Rockville felt super competent because it is all they do all day. I thought every staff in Rockville could have launched a rocket ship with their attention to detail. That's what you get when they do it all day. Sometimes you need to practice to be excellent. You might not want an artisanal blastocyst.

My case was easy, but I had a great experience with SGF.

I knew I wanted to be with Dr. Anitha Nair at K Street, and I was able to have her be my doctor for the initial consultation, medication monitoring, and procedure. I had several different nurses and a different ultrasound technician over my many visits. It is kind of like a very upscale factory, the waiting room is always full, you are in and out in about fifteen minutes, etc. but I actually liked how efficient and experienced everyone was. It made me feel like this was a place which knew what they were doing because they were constantly doing it.

And this is bad because? I don’t understand the criticism that SGF is a factory. Factories are usually pretty good at producing things. Nobody is doing IVF for the experience. You do it because you want a baby and SGF is pretty good at producing babies.
