It’s not. My question is if it’s not unusual for kids to wear diapers full time at this age.

I do mind my own business. Hence where I said in my original post that I would never comment to the parents as it’s not my business how they parents. I’m curious, so I’m posting on a completely anonymous forum to ask a question out of curiosity. That’s the whole point.
You’re clearly not MYOB or you wouldn’t be posting about this. I had a kid who toilet trained late. ADHD + sensory issues + no desire to stop what he was doing to use the bathroom= lots of accidents. Guess what? He’s in 8th grade now, has great grades, is a stand-out athlete, I’ve been told my other moms is regarded as the most popular boy in his grade, and is a kind, good kid. Seriously, save your judgement.

That’s possible and they really don’t want friends to know. But if I was a parent of a 4/5 yo kid who wore diapers, I’d want friends to know that’s it’s due to an underlying medical issue. Bc the alternate option of my kid is totally normal and we just have been nonchalant about it seems more awkward and embarrassing for the kid. No?
“But if I were facing a disability or a medical challenge”…shut up. You don’t know.

Actually you shut up. How do you know what I’m facing. O you don’t.
