I have one of those … I am single and he is married and he does not know about my fantasy to crawl across his desk and have my way with him if we were actually in the office and I knew the end of the world was near.

To be clear, we are not flirting and talk about philosophical stuff and I sometimes tell him about my dating stuff but I find him super hot!

This. Even if your coworker isn't interested in you, or you ultimately aren't interested in him, you need to explore WTF is going on in your primary relationship. You aren't even married - I think it might be time to say good bye.

Date him but don't break up with your boyfriend. Your boyfriend deserves to be cheated on for not exciting and intriguing you enough on an ongoing basis.
