Can you suggest one? There aren't really any classes like this out there other than this.

Mrs. B in Falls Church does manners class. Boys and girls love her- she makes everything so fun.

Do you model good manners for your child? If so, no need for them to go to cotillion or “manners classes”. If you don’t have good manners yourself, it’s unlikely your child will develop them, classes or not.

Plenty of Ds in my area do it. It’s relatively popular in NOVA and everyone knows we have a lot of Ds here. But I do know most of the naysayers actually have no experience with it, like this comment.

See upthread. It won’t help.

Two sons did cotillion and they both enjoyed it very much. They learned how to talk to speak with peers and adults, treat a date respectfully and dance a bit. I loved parents' night when each led me to the dance floor and we danced. Also loved that they had to get me punch! It was voluntary participation on both sons part.
