lmaooo. How do we think Liman is going to react?
I bet he's never been called sexy before in a filing.![]()
I find it funnier thinking of Hudson or Gottlieb firing off an indignant motion to strike. The humanity!
What he should do is sanction Hilton. Those filing are not appropriate.

I know this sounds like a fanfiction type question, but with all the mudslinging in the press, I just cannot imagine the two in proximity lol.
TBH after some of the encounters they had (Baldoni crying in her dressing room about the wardrobe, Blake reading off her list of grievances at the all hands, Reynolds screaming at Baldoni) considering they had to work together *and film sex scenes* after those incidents I actually imagine it was fine because they'd been in more awkward situations and she had forewarning he'd be at the depo. I'm sure they were cold to each other and seething inside but I would think neither of them would fall apart. Maybe I am giving them too much credit, haha.

Not sure if troll...
As the social media people have been filing motions to quash the subpoena to the platforms, Lively has been withdrawing each one. Other creators like Popcorn Planet and Perez Hilton received direct subpoenas and those are still being argued. Candace Owens may still be at meet and confer since nothing is on the docket.
Lively and Wallace have been deposed.

I'm surprised by how much love they have for Leslie Sloane, I always assumed she was a menace. I guess though that's why she's been a publicist for so long though with such high-profile clients -- she probably has good relationships with journalists...or at least knows which journalists she should have good relationships with.
PP I should clarify that I didn't actually click the link when I responded, because I saw the full video on YouTube earlier. This TikTok clip looks like it's a shortened, so I don't know if they included the part about Leslie Sloane, if you were wondering what the hell I'm talking about lol.
Hah, no, just watched the clip and it doesn't mention Sloane. It's an anecdote where Lively is doing press for the "Age of Adeline" movie and it's been arranged that they can only ask pre-ordained questions from her rep and one of them is "What do you like about the 1930s?" So she asks the question and Blake is all "Ugh, did you even see the movie? It takes place over 3 decades..." and stomps off. Too funny. Now it makes me wonder if that time she was complaining "would you ask a man about the costumes?" if that wasn't actually a question from her own reps!
Possibly. She doesn’t interpret questions or human interactions like a normal person. She's on a hair trigger response to jump into being scandalized and offended. And then she strikes and gets HYPER aggressive. It's probably the biggest reason I've always doubted her narrative.
to play devil's advocate, how would someone like this be able to prove themselves since she's kind of put herself in a "boy who cried wolf" situation? fully pro-baldoni, i just think it's easy for blake supporters to say this is unfair since this means you wouldn't take anything she ever says seriously.
I think I would, and did, take her seriously when the NYT article came out. It was really only when both sides released their version of events and the dancing video came out when I really thought, "oooh boy. Okay, I think I see what's happening here." Some of the "harassment" she cites (the doctor in the birth scene was an acquaintance of the director, a video of a woman giving birth becomes "porn," "it (tanning lotion) smells good" vs "YOU smell good") leave a lot of room for interpretation and Blake has interpreted them in the absolute most harsh and uncharitable way. Which is what she does! Repeatedly, all the time in interviews. So, I would want to see something beyond her interpretation of these events, because the fuller context looked like a lot of accommodation and walking on eggshells around her. She didn't really bring receipts that go beyond her interpretations, which are frequently "off" generally.
