You don't realize how fast things can change. If a group of big clubs switch to MLSN and GA it will send att the ECNL hats into a panic. This is very likely to occur because negotiating early with GA will give the best results. Also negotiating as a group (aka a package deal) will also give the best results.

Yes, I bet clubs are weighing the switch this year or not and what the repercussions would be. My guess is the tipping point is right before the 27/28 season as the Women’s FIFA World Cup will be just on the horizon, the FIFA World Cup will have just finished a few months earlier and the US will be the center of the soccer universe. MLS/US Soccer expects be selling 18 years olds more consistently to Premier League Clubs while the MLS continues to turn a hefty profit on quality players sold to Europe.

Maybe, they had GA and ECRL before the promotion to ECNL. With all the action going on right now I doubt it though. I'm sure MLSN1 invites and GA invites would flush ECNL out of the entire league. But we're talking about he Pacific Northwesr. Teams from there are pretty bad.

Probably not. There is a big push by ECNL and MLSN/GA to gain ground in the Pacific Northwest.

It’s rumored some of those clubs will shift to MLSN, but there is no telling

I'm sure the clubs also pressured ECNL as a group for the promotion. ECNL was stuck in a position where they needed to promote them all or lose them all.

There's rumors that some might still go MLSN. For the clubs is MLSN2 better than ECNL? Also the question for the leagues is will being in GA be contingent on clubs playing their boys in MLSN?
