There's plenty of d2 and d3 recruiting still going on for the 2026 class.
As a parent of a younger player who wants to play D3 (NESCAC), is that feasible from something like Pride or YJ, or do you still need to be at the Capital level for D3?
NESCAC coaches were all over the 2026s sidelines at LLL this weekend. They can't make offers yet.
Although it is true that offers are not out, many girls are in the preread process with a lot of the schools on the sidelines this weekend. If I had a younger daughter I would get to camps early and get on the radar of these D3 schools. Email the coaches and let them know you are interested. In the Fall of your junior year get to camps and visit campuses. Ask for phone calls and shadow days. Most importantly - keep your grades up. Grades are really the only thing in your control throughout the process.
