This is hilarious. I keep trying to quit this case, but it keeps pulling me back in. I thought Sarowitz had a castle full of money and wasn't putting on the brakes until he spent $100 million to protect Baldoni. But now that he's gotten to the check out counter to pay for the groceries, he is suddenly whipping out a wad of coupons and a lottery ticket?

The rich don’t stay rich by spending unnecessary money. If they have insurance, of course they’re going to try to use it. You sound ridiculous.

It's a summary of an account by spiritualshift, a creator from the subpoena who is an attorney but which may not have been apparent to Blake's lawyers who have generally avoided lawyer-creators. She describes what happened at a meet and confer with Blake's lawyers.

If there's one thing we need on the case, it's an analysis of female behavior by *checks notes* Billy Bush. Sometimes I question how women posting here can actually believe the ridiculous misogynist tropes they are pimping. Billy. Bush. Same dude who laughed at Trump's "grab 'em" bus remarks. Guess it will be “creepy” too when he shows up in court? Is it creepy his legal team replies to motions? If pressed, sounds like a lot here wouldn’t be surprised if judge went ahead and ruled “yes, he’s creepy!” At which point JB counsel says, “but there was no motion to declare him creepy, judge,” so judge gives the step by step guide for how to file motion to declare creepy!

RR is not right. He probably was a decent guy at some point but most people with his fame and money can’t help but let it go to their head. Image is EVERYTHING to him. I can absolutely believe reading a rumor like this especially if there is a grain of truth to it would have him seething.

That's funny. It's happened to real lawyers too but obviously a big risk with those pro se filers. I am sure Liman will be happy to have him file in Nevada.

In video today “I messed up,” Perez says he used ChatGPT and it made up 2 cases- so one of his NY filing (protective order) has 2 cases that aren’t real in it. He says don’t think judge would rule in his favor anyway and that he has checked and all cases real in the Las Vegas MTQ he filed today.
