Look, I don't like either of them either, but I see your true colors here you racist, xenophobic, homophobic pig.

No versions before the last scenario had so few kids at Westfield. Westfield families assumed it would be either LC kids or BR kids.
Lees Corner never made any sense at all. I cannot speak to Bull Run, but it is already a split feeder and parts are pretty much equal distance to Westfield or Centreville. Much of the area is not close to either school. But, it shares contiguous boundaries with other Westfield schools.
They could make Westfield into a true community. Lee's Corner would not in any way be part of Westfield community.

Given how Reid operates, they'll spend shit tons of money expanding elementary schools in Herndon and then building a new Silver Line ES only for Reid to then get up on a soapbox again about making every middle school 6-8.

Because there is really nothing new in the final scenario.
The only change I see that is completely new is kicking the poor Brookfield kids out of Frankin.

The enrollment number under the final scenario:
Centreville: 2,119
Westfield: 2,083
South Lakes: 2,033
Skyview: 1780
They are losing 800 students and what, 25% at least of their staff? These other schools are used to around those numbers, there won't be a huge change for them. Those other schools also didn't have a SB member plotting basically to screw them with moving only new low income areas to their school.
I dunno.
I feel like 2,000+ is still a good number for any high school. The staff can move to Skyview.
The staff can go to Skyview, sure. Thats not the issue. Its awful for the Westfield community to lose so many teachers and staff-its the youngest teachers who get destaffed first. And losing 900 students is nuts.
This is still a school year away. Westfield will lose some to retirements and other attrition. And, there is still new construction in the Westfield area.

Brookfield should be at Rocky Run. All of it.

Disagree. They have to send somebody to Westfield and those are the closest people (minus Walney Oaks who I believe should have been sent as well). In that case, I'd rather prioritize keeping MS-HS aligned rather than ES-MS.
