I agree with this. He is also getting the best medical care available to any human, he doesn’t give a shit about anyone other than himself and he can bully his way out of any issue, so he’s not stressed, and he’s somewhat active for an old person.
An almost lifetime diet of Diet Coke and McDonald's Big Macs his arteries are so clogged with plaque that it is a medical miracle that he hasn't had a heart attack
Diet Coke increases the risks of type 2 diabetes, stroke, and dementia.
It is not possible that Trump is in good health.

He's not particularly active. I've put on weight just from less walking because of the cold weather and snow we've had
He spends all his time either indoors or in Florida. So he's been maintaining the same (admittedly low) level of activity that he would in decent weather.
