Their legal fees are enormous and they’ve gone from relying on local and regional firms with lower billing rates to some of the most expensive Big Law firms in the country like Willkie Farr.
Is it possible that some outside groups are subsidizing these fees? Would that be possible? There are groups that would join if it is allowed. Just look at how much $$$ Frish gets from outside the state.

If your neighborhood gets rezoned when the maps are released, and you live in a pyramid like West Springfield that has not had a single meeting scheduled in violation of Policy 8130, can you sue to block the rezoning since FCPS is deliberately ignoring the public notice requirements set out in Policy 8130 and Virginia Code?
