This just isn’t how it works at numerous clubs in the area. You find out where you’re practicing as the season begins. AB indeed made various statements early in his new role about a new field deal being close, but it clearly fell through and although he hasn’t actually acknowledged that, at every recent parent-coaches group interaction over the last 3 weeks he has focused on the Loudoun county allocation process. If the uncertainty that presents is too much for you, go to a different club. Chances are, the situation is similar, you just won’t know it because a handful of ignorant parents aren’t hyping the issue as they are with FCV.
FWIW, our family is leaving FCV, but because of the new coaching slate, not this silly fields issue.
All the other ECNL/GA teams in the area know where their training and games will be held and have artificial turf fields. Predictability matters a lot for us in order to set up carpools and planning work schedules. Having a constantly switching field location and time slot sounds horrible.
You are wrong that “all” the other ECNL/GA clubs have guaranteed turf fields at specific locations known months before the season even starts. But if that’s what you want then you’d best accept that you are not going to get it from FCV for next season, so it’s time to choose a different club. Posting about it here is not going to make the impossible happen.

Are you sure some of those aren’t “expected” based on what their county’s annual allocation process has yielded in the past but remain subject to the allocation process for next season? In any event, there is no current reason to believe FCV will “know” what their specific fields will be for next season until late summer, so if that doesn’t work for you then you should go to another club.
In Fairfax, they get the same fields year after year. They never give our club more or less based on our actual numbers. So its a pretty solid guess.

Fine AB, if that's what you want, we're out.

Can one of them tell me if the NIL money came out of the practice field fund?
I wonder who the practice field troll is. Clearly not an FCV family, as they long ago either got comfortable with the pitch that “we’ll get plenty of fields through the county’s allocation process, as we always have” or they didn’t buy it and have moved on. So why would someone else keep beating the proverbial dead horse?
