So, Amy Cooper has lawyered up to fight the misdemeanor false report charge. I'm really curious how she can reasonably defend that this was not a false police report. It is very clear that what was happening and what she was describing on the 911 call were not the same and that she was clearly trying to get the police there to accost the other person. Whether you agree that she was "weaponizing" the police or not, it is pretty clear that her call was a pretty severe misdescription of what was happening. That's a false police report.
