I'm posting here, so of course I think Vance is weird...but I have athletic teen sons too and they also wear rash guards.

This is the least weird thing he does. I know a lot of guys who swim with rash guards on because who wants to bother with all the sunscreen. My athletic teen son will often use one for half the day. Yeah, and I think we see the flawed premise in his book. He seemed to think that he had difficulty integrating into “elite” society because of his alleged “hillbilly🦴roots. When it’s now clear that it was because he’s just a socially awkward guy who is pretty arrogant and doesn’t listen well to others. He’s like the opposite of the Talented Mr Ripley.

I think Vance sucks, but help me out with the shirt. Was he inside? I’m a middle aged Dad & not cool, so that’s part of it - but I wear a swim shirt from time to time if I’m going to be out for a long time so I don’t get burned.

Not sure but I notice that now I'm not taken completely aback when he acts hostile and knits his brow in order to look tough or uses words like crap, shut the hell up (to his kid, as he reported) or go to hell regularly. Pence was a horrid choice, especially for public health reasons regarding drugs and sex, though I suspect he would have been better than Trump on the pandemic. Interesting - aside from the Hoosier thing - that Pence called Quayle of all folks about what to do regarding the vote cert.
Quayle has always been out of his league, even in his marriage.
