tell me that there are not actually millions of illegals in this country. If there were, ICE would have no problem picking them out and going through the process to deport them, the way Biden and Obama did. Instead, taking out people who have gong through the process and are following our laws is simply human trafficking and against International Law.
It is not against any law. These people are illegal immigrants, who Biden let in on parole.
This parole can be revoked at any time, and by dismissing the asylum case, the status returns to as if they just entered the border. This is an expedited removal, and there is very little 'due process' for expedited removals. They can make the same credible fear claim they were using as their excuse when applying for asylum.
SCOTUS has ruled that all persons in the US, whether here legally or illegally, shall be afforded due process.
The US Constitution covers all PERSONS in the US, not US Citizens. There's a difference.

The 9/11 hijackers were all in the US legally on nonimmigrant visas (student, tourist, and business) visas. A few entered the US through a visa waiver program, which allowed them to enter without a visa. Terrorists can be here legally or illegally.
You would think we would have learned something from that disaster.
But no. Biden welcomed in millions of illegal aliens with no vetting and Mayorkas lied repeatedly saying the border is secure. What a $hitshow.

Expedited removal is due process. See: Obama.
