I am so tired of the now standard open floor plan with all white walls and stainless kitchens. That “vintage” one has a lot of potential - I LOVE the bathroom tile colors and the screened in back porch - would much prefer that to an exposed roof deck!

The latter one has been on the market for 18 days now and doesn't seem to be as deep as the first (sacrificing house for patio, I guess). Feel like anything in that area at that price point that sits for that long is headed for a price drop, but who knows.
