Same. The home was amazing but is probably one of the most expensive homes in North Potomac. Whoever bought the home will have trouble selling it one day and will probably loose a decent amount of money.

Crazy overprice for that area. Also you will have the most expensive house in the neighborhood by 400K.

I think you’re wrong…all furniture, window treatments, electronics, grills, C4 etc included. The paver driveway and backyard alone are over 250k. If you subtract that, along with the lot premiums others pay, it’s actually a reasonable deal.
