It doesn’t surprise anyone because he got fired from VRSC. He’s a good coach, been doing it a long time! I can’t speak to his style but he did a great job with the 09’s at VRSC.
He might be a good coach for some but he got moved around mid season due to multiple complaints by parents.
Played favorites? Berated players? Didn’t show up to practices? All the above?
You watched a practice? He coached several age groups boys and girls.

Practices were spent scrimmaging so he didn’t coach. You would hear him yelling at the team after games.

If that was a fireable offense there would hardly be any coaches at VRSC
