Absolutely correct. Their only hope is that the new director changes the focus. Which is possible. But, like has been said here before, it will take time. If you have a kid in the academy already, especially u15 and above, your time is running out. If you're just joining next year, your experience may be better and your potential ceiling may be higher.

How many people on here have a kid at this academy u15 or above?
To make big strides in your development as a player. Especially in a weak development environment like DCU. Even if you have a kid that is u14 in their first year at DCU, this is all relevant.
