It will never not be true that for three years, that team was poorly coached, and DiCo and Z didn’t do shit to fix it except replace a poor coach with an even worse one. No, it’s not “about them”, it is about VLC and its lack of effective management in this case. If you provide poor service to your customers, you have to expect that those customers will warn other potential customers about you.

Bingo. The team is not all of the sudden going get Lax IQ or stop bad decision making all of the sudden. It looks like not much turnover on the team so unless this coach is going to sit the player(s) for not playing the game correctly. Things are not going to change even if you cut a kid or two. Fogo is gone as so getting possessions will be even more important and valuing the ball. Good luck!
