There are various investigation and court cases analyzing the results. If it turns out that he did what people think he did. Elon can’t get away with it.

Even if it is confirmed and widely accepted that Elon got the election for Trump I doubt he will face the consequences we'd like to see for him. The kind of money he has can buy almost anything.

Unfortunately, you are absolutely right. The POTUS, SCOTUS, and most of Congress are all bought.
