I was surprised that Dr Drew pushed her so much on David during this episode. If Dr Drew really was good at his job, he would know that’s a great way to get Jenelle beaten up by David later.

I loved seeing Adalynn take the butter knife from the tub and eat it. Mom says nothing and presumably it went back to the butter tub to be used by others.
