They claim this now but was never the case before. Kids who had been with the club for years got cut last spring.

But when do they tell them they are getting moved up or down? Surely they aren't swapping kids all over the place all year?

VRSC's "continual evaluation" instead of proper annual tryouts seems to be driving kids over to other clubs. All the existing families are feeling left out and overlooked since they keep tacking on mini-tryout and invite only ID's for external kids which all take priority over existing kids.

I dont know these coaches but any coach would be considered subpar with the talent that was at TSJ last year. They will have full rosters with talented players at VRSC.

Depends on what your kids aspirations are; if they only aspire to play at the youth level then yeah. If they have aspirations of going to any higher level, then going to a team where they can learn tactics other than boot and chase will obviously increase their chances in the long run.
