It’s kinda cringe. They seem to value winning online and campus debates while getting completely cuck’d on the battlefield. I mean, Hezbollah is gone. Totally obliterated. If you told me a year ago that Hezbollah would be gone, I would’ve laughed at you for being a loon.
Life moves pretty fast.
It’s great that Hezbollah has been greatly set back of late, and Hamas, too. But what do we do about the larger U.S. problem that our client state (Israel), reliant on our endless welfare and provided with our highest level of alliance, defiantly refuses to comply with our leadership and military advisors?
dp. not sure I follow. The US specifically told Israel not to strike Nasrallah?
Not wasting my time with an actual dumb person, thinking they are clever, and PLAYING a dumb person.
You don’t have to pretend you’re dumb, kemosabe. You’re already there.

It’s disgusting that the trouble makers want to foment sectarianism once more in the Levant. It failed in Palestine and it failed in Iraq and it failed in Syria. Arabs know who the troublemakers are
Yes Israel. Without Israel the Middle East would be peaceful. Too bad terrorists like Israel continue to go unpunished. The only reason Israel did not invade Egypt was because Turkey said they would come in on the side of Egypt. Right now Israel is violation of the Egypt Israeli peace treaty with the occupation of the Philadelphia corridor.
Hopefully the Syrian with Russian will aid the Lebanese against the invading Israelis.

We say thank you to Israel for finally taking out the terrorists responsible for killing 241 Marines in Beirut 40 years ago, something we should have done a long time ago.

This is so sad. Why can’t Israel be happy with what they have? They have a beautiful country and still want more. They should accept a two state solution and Palestinian politicos that support that (Fatah/West Bank) instead of the ones that want a one state solution (Hamas).
Now, they covet Lebanon and the extremist settlers who reside in the West Bank say they need Lebanon. Wtf? Manifest destiny is not going to work for them. Israel is not the U.S., and Muslims are not Native Americans with natural tribal and linguistic divisions. Sunnis and Shias pray together in Lebanon. Christians and Muslims have lived for centuries and both speak Arabic. They both eat the same foods and listen to the same music and say the same name for God (Allah). Allah is Arabic for God and said by Arab Christians.
Israel takes advantage of the U.S. including our presidents complete lack of knowledge about the region. In 2003, the Us’s first strike was on an Iraqi church. Pres Bush famously didn’t know what the difference between Sunni and Shia.
It’s like someone dividing the US between Catholic whites and Protestant whites. It’s ridiculous. If Christians spoke a different language, I can understand how ethnic distinction and divisions could be made but in the end, Lebanon in particular will be a hard country to crack with civil war. Israel will try with all their might but if it failed with Palestinians and Syrians, it will fail
There as well. Israel may have their own civil war in the next 5 years. They should be more concerned about what. Netanyahu has torn the country apart

Have a cooperative neighbor on its north border, similar to Egypt on its southern border. I predict Israel will help prop up and strengthen Lebanese military in exchange for booting out the Iranians. If I was a Shiite in Lebanon I’d think hard about getting out because the Sunnis and Maronite + Druze Christians have some major grudges and scores to settle.
Your plan is to start another Lebanese Civil War?
