The blue states will keep abortions legal and the reds will limit it to 15 weeks or so.
The hysteria over this is … well … hysterical.
agreed, not that big of a deal.
I’m concerned states will restrict a woman’s ability to cross state lines.
Why?
Not PP but maybe because Missouri already passed a law barring leaving the state to get an abortion?

It is outrageous that the State would EVER have been regulated control over women's bodies
The state should make no law on this because its a choice between a woman and her Doctor
Period. No one else belongs in the debate
Reserved by the people is different from being guaranteed by the Constitution. It simply means the Federal government cannot infringe on those rights. Not providing federal protection for something is not the same as infringing.

So you willing to bet your life that republicans won’t pass federal ban at their first chance?
Regardless of what side you're on, that's the beauty of america. If you don't like the laws/taxes/refs your state passes, you can vote new reps in to change them or you can move. You don't want to live in a republican state that bans abortion, move or vote to change the law. No one is forcing you to live in a state with values/laws/tax structures you don't agree with.

It’s called America vs the GOP; it’s up in November but there’s prep work everyone can do. The party has to be put down by such a large margin that we actually have the Senate.

Are you being purposely obtuse? Because if the Republicans take the presidency and Senate, they can force a federal law which would impact every single citizen in every single state. No matter who the local representation is, you get that right?
DP, but the issue swings both ways. Dems could vote to make it legal at the federal level.
