If you live in Georgia, then vote for Warnock. If you don't live in Georgia, then you have no say about it-- just as Georgia voters can't control who's elected in CA, NY, etc.
That is an ignorant statement. These candidates fund raise from every voter in every state. And senators yield plenty of power over voters from beyond their own jurisdictions.
