W Springfield @Cosby

I don’t see an upset, but would like to see a couple competitive games. Best game likely WF @ BF.

wow quite the cake walk for BF: gets the worst of #1 seeds (Cosby), avoids Madison & Robinson until final and gets #2 seeds in region C/D who are good teams but level away from #1 seeds in that region..

I hope you know how dumb you sound. BF has already beaten all three of #1 seeds. So, they already prove themselves competitive

Most competitive game will be MV and Madison. Not sure how BF and WF will be competitive.

I also think this will be most competitive. Game time has been moved to 7:00 pm. Props to AD and coaches for playing game later. Heat and parents rushing home from work to make a 5:30-6 pm game is ridiculous.

Cosby was good last year. But as soon as Madison got physical with them they folded.

Westfield’s coach tried the novel approach of keep-away and burn the clock as his strategy for the game and it was evident from the opening possession (I think they held the ball for some 5-6 minutes that first possession). However, Madison’s defense was strong and WF had little answer. The score was only closer because WF limited Madison’s possessions, Mad had some easy missed shots and WF’s goalie had some very nice saves - she is a talented player.

Stall city from Westfield on offense. Not a crazy tactic to try to shorten the game and increase variance if you're the underdog so not a criticism, but that was clearly the game plan.

The score was much closer through three quarters. The last quarter is when it broke open.

Not really, Madison was up 7-3 at halftime, so had already doubled WF up.

You can’t stall in the 4th quarter if you are losing. So it was a good idea to use the strategy to stall, but not really one that works for an entire game. Trying to limit a good offensive team’s possessions is helpful, but you have to have the ability to keep pace on offense yourself.

Yeah, allowing 4 goals in the regional final is totally unimpressive. Whatever bro.

To many bro. They should be letting zero.
