It's not her responsibility to explain what happened. That's TM's responsibility.

And only do one city at a time or smaller batches.

For just the verified fan?
Or verified fan plus capital one?
NP. The article I read said 14 million users were on Ticketmaster trying to buy TS tickets, and that included some bots
So that has to include the CapOne buyers - that’s probably how the bots got in.
2 million people scored tickets through the Verified fans presale.

That account started quickly but was surpassed by a different one (non-boosted). Spent hours getting in, putting tickets in a cart and being told another “fan” beat us. This happened for Pitt, Chicago, Denver, Seattle and LA. And now general sale (not that we had much hope there) is f’ing cancelled??!!
I need to calm down.
If you are prepared to travel so far for a concert, perhaps tally up how much you are prepared to spend for a two hour experience and look at other things for can buy with that money.
I just accept that I am not going to the Superbowl for example, and wonder about the people prepared to spend thousands for a game.
I went to stadium concerts when I was much younger. To be honest the thing I remember most is what David Bowie was wearing and how little I could see over the tall men. Granted they have big screens now, but then you may as well be watching from home.
