Sorry for above, slipped and hit post before finished. But think she’s emotionally and mentally done with all parenting, resents it, feels it’s holding her back, wants to live her own life. Was cool when great couple, great marriage, great family, great Christians, great adoptions, great life IMAGE that fed her narcissism. But once the image fell apart, she had nothing to feed her ego. So now it’s great bffs who LOVE her, great bffs’ husbands who support her (as opposed to supporting Brandon), everyone thinks she’s cute as a button, great trips and experiences and trips and vacations and boyfriend who is OMG crazy about her. Just another image she’s feeding herself because the kids just don’t do it for her anymore.

Is it weird to take a girls’ trip to Mexico on Mother’s Day (when you have 5 kids, in town, two still at home, and one graduating which I can testify is like a part time job, plus an elderly cancer survivor mom?)

Big Sis made a big reveal in her book club podcast this week. (The Lost Apothecary) She mentioned she could easily relate to the character who was cheated on because the same situation happened to her. Oh boy, it's coming. Maybe in dribs and drabs, but the whole story (or at least her side of the story) is going to come out. I bet it's going to be a tell-all book disguised as survival self-help when in actuality it was written to scorch some earth.

Thanks for pointing this out - I hadn't seen it. I appreciated her statement and like the person above, it reminds me why I started following her to begin with. I like that she took her time before posting it too.
