We saw this house. We liked it but i think its worth about 2.3 so i will watch it. They have an odd bar where a home office use to be. Its really awkward to me. The living room has a really outdated built in entertainment set…dark wood and just ugly. A few of the smaller baths are outdated. I did like it a lot but needs a few touch ups. We both loved the backyard so Im still keeping my eye on it!

Robyn really needs to drop Juan while she still has her looks.

I think the opposites attract is their storyline. I do agree with the PP that I didn’t like the way he said he would continue to “check her” when she was out of line ...like it is his job or something. If you really feel that you need to monitor your partner’s behavior and keep them in check, perhaps you should consider that’s not the person for you. I see that as being different than standing up for yourself in a relationship.

I also think that you don’t handle something like that in public with other people around. That amplifies the issues and puts someone on the defensive when you address stuff like that in front of other people. For example, I’m very sensitive about someone telling a story about me in a big group where I’m the butt of the joke - etc. My grandmother was one to say in every joke there is a grain of truth so I don’t want the perception of dizzy or whatever it may be to be the entertainment of the evening. So in private, after the fact, I asked DH not to do that again. My thought is if you want to make someone the butt of the joke because it’s just so much fun, use your own self. In the moment with other people around I didn’t call him a name or try to get back at him by doing the same. I may have changed the subject or asked a question to move to another topic in the larger group then had a discussion about it later in private. I’m sure Chris could have found a better way to address being asked to hold a pocketbook for her to go to the restroom while his hands were full and address the whole thing later.

I think Candiace is okay I can take her or leave she. She does need to get together some when it comes to the wedding planner. I can relate to having all of these wants for a grand wedding but in reality you need to learn that you cannot every little you want which is what seems to be frustrating Chris. She can plan a very nice wedding w/ the amount of money her mom, father and the two of them are contributing. I like her much more than Monique (though I do like to see Monique's relationship w/ Chris...they seem really good together).

Candy Ass is ridiculous! She and Chris live in a mediocre house, and yet she wants to spend $150k on a wedding?? And everything about it is SOOOOOOO IMPORTANT to her. She needs to learn to budget. Monique at least has her own money, so she can be a diva all she wants.
