And what showcases do the u13-15 typically go to? Where are playoffs generally held? Do you think they will adjust the current playoff format?

I'm thinking all ECNL has right now is promotions from ECRL to ECNL and maybe a random league to ECRL.
Everyone has their eyes on MLSN + GA to see what they do next.

Def will be than ECNL….
I think there will be mass realignment.
The south Central conference has about 6 teams (AL, SFL, NC). It makes no sense.
I think ECNL and GAs goal is to give Florida their own conference.
Florida girls ECNL teams need their own conference. currently 8 teams. Ridiculous that a team from Miami has to go to South Carolina for a game.
fl west ecnl girls need to be dropped. they should move to GA. RL teams who need to move up to ECNL are Coastal and Team Boca and probably Sunrise Surf for a conference of 10.
however, Jacksonville, Orlando City and Tampa Bay ECNL girls also have MLSN boys teams so gonna be interesting if they are forced to move to GA. I just don't see in the short term the ECNL teams being forced to move to GA if they have MLSN boys.

Sounds more like what’s left of ECNL, as opposed to GAL blowing up to flood what was already a watered down market. This does not benefit consumers. Everyone should not be on an academy team. All it does is confuse and pollute parent’s unrealistic ambitions for their kids. It doesn’t feel great but moving with our feet to ECNl before there are no rosters spots left is what my conclusion has become. GAL will be great for many but at this point too many teams, it’s basically a higher level EDP league now.
That’s why you have Tier II my friend….
GAL is tier 3.
