Yes he looks rough, worn and so ugly. Never was good looking and his self caused troubles make him horribly ugly.
I saw him in 2019 when he made a surprise appearance at a music festival. He could barely breath while singing and dancing around; he was huffing and puffing and was so out of shape it was embarrassing. He looked extra bloated and sweaty and his clothes were so tight. I was close to the front and thought damn, he looks awful. I have videos and photos somewhere because I just was stunned at how bad he looked. So gross.
