As an adult, I agree with a poster who said fast casual is fine, but I really don’t want to spend money on a bad restaurant meal with waitstaff. If I had to pick one, it would be California Pizza Kitchen or Pizzeria Uno.

Went once, will never return. Everything swimming in fat and salt (is their a weight requirement of 300 lbs to let you in? We felt like outsiders, and I am not a skinny-minny). But I digress.
On road trips for us, for a quick sit-down meal, it's Denny's, Bob Evan's, IHOP or Waffle House. But there's no vacation road trip that we don't stop at Dairy Queen for Blizzards! Chock-fill of chemicals and junk food, and delicious.
Based on your list I assume you are 300 pounds. Cracker Barrel is at least one star above Denny's and IHOP.

Burger King - I love Whoppers. So horrible for you, but I crave them. It's the combination of the tomato and the condiments for me.
Denny's - there isn't one near me, but when we are on the road, we like to go there. Nothing fancy, but I have always had a good meal there. Everyone in my family can find something they like on the menu, and the price is reasonable.
