Yeah, I'm sort of puzzled by this one too. I'm 5 feet 3 inches so I like stores who have petite options and who cater to more "average" height women, but it's pretty easy to find clothes for thin women. I would say any store that is not a plus sized women's store. So, stay away from Lane Bryant and you're set.
You are terribly wrong. I am a 26 year old female and I am too thin for clothing in most stores. I did not choose to be thin but it is in my genetics. I even see a dietician to help gain weight because I struggle to put weight on even when I try. Until you've lived a day in someones shoes stop make assumptions and judging. Do you think I enjoy having to wear children's clothing to my adult job?

I can't find jeans and pants that fit. Tops just hang. Any advice for stores that I may have luck with? Appreciate any advice

I don't know if "the fashion industry caters" to people who are 5'8" and weigh 103.

Anonymous wrote:Actually, at 5'8" and 103 lbs, you sound clincally underweight. It's not recent, is it? Everything OK?
I'm 5'8" and 135 lbs. Ann Taylor runs large, you'll have trouble even with their size 0, I think. (their 4L is what I usually wear). And the pants are short, if you have long legs. Nothing ever fits me there. Try BCBG and J. Crew, and try online shopping so you can get long slacks if you have the length problems I have.

I like the recommendation LK Bennett (above) but a bit pricey. We all know of the amazing brands such as Anne Klein, but which do not fit, so lets focus on amazing brands that carry sizes for everyone.
If you worked at the White House, you would not wear a suite from The Limited!!
Love and peace...
Thank you in advance!!!
