Having said that, I would expect Black Ops to beat Madlax cause it is combining 3 clubs against essentially 1 club. At least I would hope so. If not, oh boy...
Black Ops is better than Madlax because more than half of ML's teams aged out leaving the back half of their rosters as the starters. Their older 26's and 27's are actually now on the younger side except for a couple of players and they won't add much skill. Madlax never thought there would be combination teams competing against them for players. The 14u's did actually get a couple of NL players but the 13u's are going to be a combo 26 and 27 team.

Of course many would have been left out and it wouldn't have been for a lack of talent or heart. Just can't take every kid. Just the the best make up to win with maturity, heart, grit, IQ and talent... these 25 kids would have dominated. They needed a selection committee without bias. Where you used metrics/quantification and the best minds in lax to select the players within 100 miles. Oh well. Should be fun to watch.
Don’t think there was much lost by not combing with Madlax, a few good players but there is a ton of talent outside of Madlax. The Madlax players wouldn’t have added much to what is already there.
