Honestly, many ES and some Special Ed staff would need this to work with young or disabled children safely. As a teacher in a small sealed room without windows and good air conditioning, it would also be nice to have this. It seems some parents forgot what classrooms look like.

But overall the caregiving issues are affecting women's paid employment more than men's. No surprise there.
