The circle is definitely off. No way school buses or large trucks will be able to make that turn. The arcs are just too tight.

The model homes seem almost complete. Anyone know when sales will be open?

Sales lady give an update as to when sales will open up? Wonder what kind of premiums we’re talking here. Increments of $5-10k?

And did she tell you how much of phase 1 will be available when they open? I was told (3 months ago), that only a handful of sites will be available and not what they are showing on the website which is intended to show the entire phase 1 project.

Checked out the circle today. Was fine to me.

I do agree that the streets are super narrow! I drove through them a couple weeks ago and getting 2 vehicles through there will be tight!!!

The circle to the entrance of the development where the triangle was. Agree it seems off

what circle?

Drove through the site last weekend. Looks like they're 80% done with the model homes. Then they have to sod, landscape, etc.

Has anyone gotten a sense (either through past experience with Toll Brothers in other communities or just a general knowledge of the area I don't have) what the lot premiums are like for TB?

Recognize is likely to vary a ton between developments, but curious if Toll Brothers is one of those builders that puts a premium on basically ANY lot, etc? I paid 20k in a lot premium for a previous home in order to get a lot that backed to green space and don't know if I should just be basically adding the same to any of the base prices even before structural and design upgrades, etc.
