The teacher of course means that parents smoke and the smell seeps into their kids' clothes, hair, backpacks, etc. But you know that. Maybe your senses are so dulled that you can't smell how your own clothes probably smell of weed too. Hope you don't have a security clearance at certain agencies....

When I smell incense on young kids it's a good clue that the parents are toking pot and using the incense to try to hide it.
